New Science Says...

The newest scientific blurb I came across regarding birth control warns women that if they were taking birth control pills when they met their boyfriend, she may have made a biological mistake.

Darwin

We have all heard that nature plays a role in who we choose as our mate in order to allow reproduction of strong genes. Charles Darwin proposed "survival of the fittest" and is still true today. Nature's plan is to have the weak die and the strong reproduce.

Chemically Altered Hormones

Pheremones, and other hormones related to reproduction, can be swayed or altered momentarily with different drugs, foods or scents. Chemically altered judgement will make a woman's body "think" she is getting a good mate with strong genes when, in fact she is not.

The Study

This newest study suggests that the effects of birth control pills on a woman's hormones impairs her biological senses in choosing a good mate to match with her genes. The result? Weaker genes for their children.

An interesting study that I will keep my eye on.

P.S. I was not on birth control when I met my husband. We are married 4 years and going strong!

Just out of curiosity, what's it called and where can you find the study you're referring to?
